Here at the Coffee Caravan, we aim to serve good drinks. But the primary cause behind our store lies in its beloved staff; The Coffee Caravan doubles as a program to enhance the job skills of adults with developmental disabilities. Our employees are capable, eager, and successful adults living in our community. Our mission is to give them the tools they need in an environment built around their individual abilities and needs. In providing them with individualized work skills, they are able to become more independent and confident over time.
